Beau began his journey in broadcasting 40 years ago in San Francisco and it has taken him on a radio joy ride from Los Angeles to Fresno and from Bakersfield to Albuquerque and everywhere in between. Ten years ago, those travels led him to Nor Cal and the beautiful city of  Chico where he immediately fell in love the place and the people.  

When Beau is not on the air he enjoys biking, hiking in Upper Bidwell, and can sometimes be found checking out one of the many talented local bands on the Chico music scene. 

Over the years, he has had the pleasure of hanging with some legendary classic rockers such as, Eddie Van Halen, Sammy Hagar, REO Speedwagon, Tesla, The Georgia Satellites, David Lee Roth, Billy Squire and many others, giving him unique insights into and an appreciation for the classics. He brings that appreciation for classic rock along with his twisted sense of humor and love of Nor Cal to the Thunder airwaves.
